We provide full technical support of DWDM and CWDM telecommunication equipment. Services are available 24/7 for all customers with a service contract in place. The scope of technical support depends on a program that was chosen by customer. We have large equipment replacement fund and are ready to deliver and replace the necessary equipment promptly for our customers. 

Technical support includes the following services:

  • Remote fault diagnostics (using phone, e-mail, or remote access provided by customer);
  • On-site fault diagnostics;
  • Installation and connection of replacement equipment, recovery of configurations;
  • Preventive upgrade software;
  • Provision of access to an information portal of the Service Desk;
  • Preventive audit of the network;
  • Repair of the failed blocks;
  • Recommendations and guidelines for installation
