T8 Group of Companies took part in the Sviaz-2024 Exhibition

NMS Titan is the only system in Russia for centralized management of DWDM equipment with the ability to integrate with external IT systems (OSS/BSS);

  • Volga DWDM platform is equipment with a capacity of up to 38.4 Tbit/s over a pair of optical fibers;
  • DCI V2 compact DWDM system is a high-performance platform for data centers in a 2U form factor;
  • Ramenka OTDR system is a solution for automating the maintenance of optical infrastructure;
  • Fiber optic system for monitoring extended infrastructure.

Stand of T8 was visited by Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Alexander Shoitov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Shpak, major telecom operators, system integrators, heads of communication network development departments of large companies, students of specialized technical universities and secondary specialized educational institutions.

At the Sviaz-2024 exhibition, a presentation of the best projects and an award ceremony for the winners of the “Import Independence in Telecommunications” competition took place. T8 Company took 1st place in the category “Innovative solutions in telecommunications” with a project of building high-speed transit communication channels across the entire territory of Russia for one of the largest backbone telecom operators. The solution represents the integration of Russian DWDM equipment into an existing network with a total length of 16,700 km using Alien Wavelength technology with high-speed optical channels of 200 Gbit/s per wavelength.

Representatives of T8 took an active part in the business program of the exhibition:

— Vladimir Treshchikov, CEO of T8, spoke at the RBC Plenary session “Communication of the Future: Global Challenges and National Priorities.”

“Today the most important task of any company is to decide how to operate in the market. We decided for ourselves that we will continue to defend our interests as a domestic developer and manufacturer. We have never localized production, but created our own technologies. Over the 20 years of operation of the company, we have formed a powerful Russian engineering school, and this allowed us to become the number one company in terms of DWDM market share in Russia in 2023. And we really want the same thing to happen in other market segments,” Vladimir Treshchikov told participants in a conversation.

Sviaz-2024 exhibition is the largest business platform in Russia for communication between professionals, searching for new suppliers and sales channels, developing new solutions and identifying trends in the development of information technology and telecommunications. In 2024, Sviaz-2024 was visited by 11,500 people, 277 exhibitors presented their solutions in the exhibition area, more than 200 speakers took part in the business program of the event.
