The АТР-40G aggregating transponder has been recognized as the best!

The АТР-40G aggregating transponder, which has been developed by the Т8 Company, has won the contest on the best Russian product in laser equipment and laser-optical technologies in 2012

In the scope of the 7th international specialized exhibition of laser optical and optoelectronic equipment named «FOTONIKA. THE WORLD OF LASERS AND OPTICS-2012» the Laser association has conducted the contest on the best Russian product in laser equipment and laser-optical technologies in 2012.

The АТР-40G aggregating transponder, which has been developed by the Т8 Company, has been recognized as the winner in the «Laser equipment and technologies for technical measurements, diagnosis and management of processes and communications» category, awarding with the II degree diploma (http://www.cislaser.com/rus/frabout.htm).

The Laser association conducts this contest to reveal and popularize the best Russian products in laser hardware and optoelectronics, and devices, equipment and technologies based on them.

The АТР-40G aggregating transponder (muxponder) combines 4 10 Gbit/s client channels and transmits them in a DWDM channel. The АТР-40-4 executes the 3R-reclaiming, converts data into the OTN OTU-3 format (43 Gbit/s) and uses the powerful Super-FEC G.975 I.7 error correction algorithm.

The transponder transfers data at a stabilized wave length according to the DWDM spectrum.  The laser with a reconfigurable wave length allows organizing up to 88 DWDM channels with a 50 GHz step in the C-range.
