Vladimir Treshchikov, General Director of T8 LLC: “In 2012, for the first time in Russia, we created a coherent DWDM system with a channel speed of 100 Gbps, and from 2014-2016 we launched a mass supply of equipment, increasing the channel speed from 100 to 200 Gbps, and currently 400 and 600 Gbps per channel.

T8 carries out large-scale research and development in the field of fiber optics and high-speed communication systems. Our task is to provide telecom operators and IT companies with high-speed and reliable DWDM communication systems, to reduce the cost of traffic and provide new digital services for their customers. The growth of traffic leads to the need to develop DWDM systems.

Our goal for the next 3-5 years is to reach 30-40% of the Russian DWDM systems market, as well as to develop export directions. New developments of the company are more and more relevant for modernization of fiber-optic infrastructure of data center interconnections and 5G networks, therefore these are our actual vectors for further technical development. "

T8 is a leading Russian manufacturer of telecommunications equipment for wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM). We offer comprehensive solutions for the construction of turnkey DWDM networks, we have commissioned over 80,000 km.

The TechUspekh rating was established by RVC in partnership with the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) in 2012 with the support of Rusnano and the Fund for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology.

The purpose of the rating is to promote Russian high-tech companies both in the domestic and international markets. The leaders of the rating are fast-growing high-tech companies from different regions of the Russian Federation, which have consistently demonstrated performance above the industry average over the past three years.
