We provide full technical support of DWDM and CWDM telecommunication equipment. Services are available 24/7 for all customers with a service contract in force. The scope of technical support depends on a program that was chosen by customer. Response time to customer inquiries starts from 15 min depending on the terms of the contract.
We have a large equipment replacement fund and are ready to deliver and replace the necessary equipment promptly for our customers at the entire territory of Russia. Our Service Desk departments are located in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Customer inquiries are handled using an automated inquiry management system (IMS). Our customers are provided with access to an information portal of the Service Desk.
Technical support includes the following services:
- Remote fault diagnostics (using phone, e-mail, or remote access provided by customer);
- On-site fault diagnostics;
- Installation and connection of replacement equipment, recovery of configurations;
- Preventive upgrade of the software;
- Provision of access to an information portal of the Service Desk;

- Preparation of recommendations and guidelines for installation and commissioning of equipment.
