We offer 24 hours a day technical support of the T8 DWDM systems. We have a big stock of replaceable equipment and ready in short times to make changes according customers’ needs. To increase the quality and operation of incidents resolution we use Service Desk software for handling customers’ requests. A customer can choose one of support program variants, or make up own support program.
Our technical center offers:
- Remote customer’s incident solving
- Departure to a customer for solving technical problems
- Repairing and replacing faulty DWDM and CWDM equipment
- Writing recommendations and guidelines for mounting, starting-up and adjustment of equipment
- Modeling of client network operational conditions
The Т8 service center uses the Terrasoft software to process client requests.
