DWDM “Volga” is certified for the European Union

Volga DWDM platform received CE (Conformité Européenne) certificates for access to the European Union market. The documents confirm the safe operation of our equipment for consumers in European countries. To obtain the certificates, the necessary product tests were carried out for compliance with the requirements of European directives. CE certification is the only mandatory certification procedure in the countries of the European Union, which confirms the compliance of products with European quality standards and provides access to the European market.

In addition, this directive is aimed at harmonizing safety standards in the European union.
– RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU restricts the content of certain hazardous and harmful substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). The official name of the directive is The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive. It is an integral part of the technical documentation for products.
